Google Will Charge Med Spas for Missed LSA Calls
Starting October 1, if someone calls your Local Services Ad and it rings more than 20 seconds during business hours with no answer, Google charges you for the lead.

Meta Removes Ad Placement Controls for Some Advertisers
Some advertisers can no longer choose where their Meta ads appear. Health and wellness accounts, which includes most med spas, still have the option for now.

Google Confirms Reviews Go Missing After a Profile Is Reinstated
If your Google Business Profile is suspended and then restored, your reviews may not come back with it. Google has not said when it will fix this.
