This policy explains what information MedSpa MAX (“we,” “us”) collects through medspamax.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email brent@medspamax.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a resource, book a demo or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, clinic name and website.
- Booking information. Demo bookings are handled by our scheduling and CRM provider, which receives the details you enter in the booking form.
- Usage information. Like most websites, our site and service providers may automatically collect basic technical data such as pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, patient health information through this website.
How we use it

- To contact you about your inquiry and about our services
- To schedule, confirm and remind you about calls
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To measure and improve our advertising
- To comply with the law and protect our rights
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your inquiry or appointment, such as confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, scheduling and CRM, email, analytics and advertising platforms (for example Google and Meta), and only as needed for them to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies and advertising
We and our partners may use cookies, pixels and similar tools to understand site traffic and to show relevant ads on other sites and platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if cookies are blocked.

- Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
