MedSpa MAX is a digital marketing agency for med spas and aesthetic clinics, founded in 2022 by Brent Ford. It runs the full path from a patient’s first search to a booked consultation. MedSpa MAX is an Official Meta Partner, has served 340+ med spas and clinics, and has managed more than $2.5M in ad spend.
What we do
Most agencies stop at the lead. We’re measured on booked consultations, so we run four engines that work together:
- Search Intelligence Program. Predictive Search in Google’s autocomplete, AI search optimization for ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews, and SuperPixel tracking.
- Paid ads on Meta and Google. Campaigns aimed at people near you who have searched for your treatment in the last seven days and have the means to buy.
- AVA. AI voice and SMS that reaches every lead within minutes, nights and weekends included.
- The call center. Trained agents who qualify, book, collect deposits and recover no-shows.
How we work
Every engagement starts with 90 days. Month 1 we build and launch, with ads live in 7–10 days. Month 2 we optimize. Month 3 we scale what’s working. We don’t promise identical results for every clinic; the demo is there to check whether your market and numbers support a profitable campaign before you commit.
Who leads MedSpa MAX
Brent Ford, founder. Brent has worked in digital marketing since 2018 and founded MedSpa MAX in 2022. He built it to give med spas one team accountable for the whole path from first search to booked consultation, instead of an ad agency that stops at the lead.
